			All Glazed and Confused items are shipped via FedEx Ground. Shipping charges are 10% of your total order amount. All in-stock items will be shipped within 48 hours. Please allow 3 to 4 weeks for custom orders. Ordering is currently available only to customers within the 50 United States.
			We gladly accept MasterCard, VISA, Discover, American Express, and personal checks. However, products will not ship until your personal check clears.
			Any notes for custom orders and colors preferred, shade color for lamp, assorted or alike Christmas balls, etc. should be specified with your order. Please allow 3 to 4 weeks for custom orders.
			Note from the Shipping department: All goods are packaged in Department of Transportation rated recycled corrugated boxes with plenty of packing material to prevent any dings, cracks or crunches. But - if you should encounter such an accident, please inspect your delivery immediately upon receipt for damage of inner or outer containers.
